When these partners are injured, the minutes before reaching veterinary care can determine the outcome.

ACTMM (Advanced Canine Trauma & Medical Management) was developed by Tactical Medical Training – Equipment (TMT-E) to provide evidence-based, operationally relevant medical education for handlers, first responders, military personnel, law enforcement, search and rescue teams, and professionals responsible for the care of working dogs.

Unlike basic pet first aid courses, ACTMM focuses on trauma management, tactical medical response, environmental emergencies, prolonged field care, and operational decision-making in real-world environments.

Through hands-on training, realistic scenarios, and proven medical principles, participants develop the confidence and skills to assess, stabilize, and manage injured working dogs until definitive veterinary care is available.
